Refund Policy

Returns
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

RETURNS
We accept most unused, unopened supplement products within 30 days of purchase date.

We do not accept returns for medical grade products, personal care products and the following:

  • All Obagi skin care products
  • All Colorescience skin care products
  • Soaps and other cleaning products
  • Clearance items
  • Opened or used items

If you’d like to return your product, please review the information below.

  • Only products purchased from Purely Kids will be accepted for a return
  • Returns must be made within 30 days of your purchase
  • Merchandise must be in its original, unopened, sealed and unused condition
  • You will be responsible for the shipping charges
  • Obtain all shipping and tracking information as we are not responsible for lost packages
  • Returns will be processed within 1 week of receipt and credited back the original card used at the time of purchase
  • Please allow at least 2 billing cycles for the credit adjustment to appear on your credit card statement
  • Do not mail any package C.O.D. as they will not be accepted

    Please note the reason for your return. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

    EXCHANGES
    If you’d like to exchange a product for another color, style or shade, please review the following:

    • The product must be in its original, unopened, sealed and unused condition
    • It must be made within thirty days of the original purchase
    • You’ll be responsible for shipping charges
    • Keep all shipping and tracking information as we are not responsible for lost packages

    DAMAGED PRODUCTS
    If you receive an item that is broken or damaged, please contact us immediately at info@purelykids.com or 380-500-5437 (M-F 9AM-6PM EST). Items will not be replaced after 30 days of purchase.
